There is a moment just before waking, when dreams have not yet released their hold and the world is still half-imagined, that has inspired artists and poets across the centuries. Under the baton of guest conductor Jason Altieri, The Tahoe Symphony’s Orchestra and Chorus (TOCCATA) trace a musical journey from Classical elegance through Romantic passion to the shimmering atmospheric soundscapes of the modern era, a program as varied as it is unified, and as joyful as it is transporting.

Douglas County performance is Sunday, June 7, 2026, 3:00 to 5:00 pm at CVIC Hall, 1602 Esmeralda in Minden.
To purchase tickets contact the Carson Valley Arts Council (CVAC) at 775-782-8207 or stop by the CVAC office at 1572 US Hwy 395, Minden, Monday to Friday 10 am to 1 pm. Tickets will also be available at the door 30 minutes prior to the concert if not sold out. Tickets can also be purchased on the TOCCATA website at https://www.tahoesymphony.com.
General admission is $30 for adults, $25 for seniors (65+) and Youth (under 23 with ID) enjoy FREE admission.
Premium seating is $75 adults, $70 for seniors (65+) and Youth (under 23 with ID) is $30.
Preferred seating is $60 for adults, $55 for seniors (65+), and Youth (under 23 with ID) is $15.
